Are you looking to play Gears or Halo for MLG, because I play Gears competitively for "The Gaming Nation." And I'm looking for a team. I had to get rid of a few of my previous teammembers because they couldn't take the heat. Seriously, 1 of them saw a team that was sponsored by Crest and then all of them freaked out!
