League Description
The Offical Online League for King Of The Couch/NJHALO.Com
Rules:
Host
1. Team with higher rank (rank closes to 1) chooses host or map first, if there is a tie in rank then the team with the least losses chooses, if both teams are unranked or there is a tie overall then the team that was created first chooses.
2. All Players must agree that the Host is reasonable before the start of a Game. If a reasonable Host can’t be found, the hosting Team’s best Host must be used.
3. If the Host isn't given to the Player that was designated to be the Game’s Host, the Game must still be played.
4. If a Player’s connection to the Host becomes unreasonable during a Game, the Game must still be played. After each Game, either Team may request that a new Host be tested, if the previous Host was unreasonable.
5. If a Player loses their connection to the Host when the Game launches, the Game must be restarted.
6. If a Player loses their connection to the Host, the Round must continue. Players losing their connection to the Host may be invited back to the Multiplayer Party Lobby.
7. If a Game is ended because the Host drops from the Game, the Team that hosted will Forfeit the Game.
Proof
1. Proof can either be submited in Video or picture form.
2. For video proof, please make sure that the resolution is high enough so that gamertags can be determined and score bored can be read. Include a video of final score and/or a clip where a rule was broken and gamertags and scoreboard can be read for video proof to be excepted. If a team does not host after 5 min or at all, vid proof has to be shown with XBL time stamp and opposing team not inviting you or you inviting opposing team and them not showing up.
3. For picture proof, we will only except pictures of completed games or pictures that clearly depict.
Matches

2. Tie Breaker map will be chosen by whoever has won the most rounds overall, if there is a tie in rounds it goes to the lower ranked team, lower ranked team can be determined from the above rule (the team that didn't get to choose host or map first)
3. Use of an incorrect XBL Gamertag will result in a Forfeit of the Match. Spelling and spaces of XBL Gamertags must be exact, but correct capitalization is not necessary.
4. Players are not allowed to compete in the ladder from outside of North America.
5. Team or Player names may not contain inappropriate language.
6. Players must be signed in to Xbox Live for all Matches.
7. Host must put room on inv only and set maximum slots to 4-8 depending on number of people playing before game starts..
8. The Team that doesn’t Host must choose to play as the red or blue team for each Game.
9. Each Game must be played until one Team wins 4 Rounds.
10. No warm-up or practice Games are permitted once the Match’s first Game has begun.
11. Starting a Game with the wrong Game Type Settings may result in a Forfeit of the Game.
12. Teams must have at least 3 members present in order to start a Game.
13. If by 15 minutes past the scheduled Match time, a Team doesn’t have enough Players to play all of the Games, the incomplete Team Forfeits the Games they can’t play.
14. Teams may delay the Match between Games for up to five minutes. After five minutes, if the delaying Team’s full Roster isn’t present, they must play the next Game shorthanded or Forfeit the Match.
15. If the Hosting Player wrongly ends a Game, their Team will Forfeit the Game.
16. Before a Match starts, Players should ensure that they don’t have any outstanding invitations to the Multiplayer Party.
17. If an outside Player joins a Round while it is in progress and stays for more than 10 seconds, picks up or uses a weapon, or is injured, the Game must be reset with the appropriate Round Score. Teams should also attempt to reset the Game so that Teams start the effected Round from the correct side of the Map. If the outside Player stays for less than 10 seconds, doesn’t pick up or use a weapon, and isn’t injured, the Round must continue.
18. A Match will consist of 3 Games. Once one Team wins 2 Games, the Match is over.
19. Teams may not play each other more than once in a 24 hour period.
20. Each host of the game can not be on split screen, but all other players are aloud.
21. Teams are aloud to go into party chat and other forms of communication other then in game communication.
Gameplay
1. No leaving the normal boundaries of a map.
2. No going onto the crane boxes on Amplified.
3. No going onto the ledges behind the glass on Construct.
4. No going onto the top center structure on Guardian.
5. No going onto the high ledge at the sniper tower on Guardian.
6. No going onto the ledge around the edges of top yellow on Guardian.
7. No going into the small crack in front of blue entrance on Guardian.
8. No going onto the tree between bottom yellow and bottom blue on Guardian.
9. No taking the oddball onto the ledge behind the blue ramp on Guardian.
10. No taking the oddball onto the ledge facing the elbow on Guardian.
11. No going into the attic above the bases on the Pit.
12. No use of the Elite Armor Classification.
13. No placing the oddball out of reach. Throwing the oddball below the Map in order to cause a “Play Ball” is legal.
14. Breaking any of rules #1-13 will result in a Forfeit of the Game.
