Group Profile: Halo 3 Ladies

Hey there girls, Im haley (gamertag: MLG Haley) and I came up with an
I dea for a group
This is a group specifically for the girls who play Halo 3.
My hope for this group is that it is more than a random group you join just because you get an invite.
I want Halo 3 ladies to be:
-a place where there is something for everyone.
*This means that I am going to host games to meet everyones needs.
Whether you like to play:
-custom games,
-MLG/MLG customs,
-social slayer,
-team slayer,
-rocket race
-even girls who are interested in making teams and doing
gamebattles.
*Whatever it is you want, I will do my best to set up times to play together to meet everyones needs regardless of your timezone, skill or rank.
Also, I want it to be:
-a place where everyone feels welcome.
-a place where people truly care about you. I want it to be a place
where you can come to eachother and vent if you are upset. In
basically, you know that you are more important to the group than
halo.
-a place to develop friendships
-a place where you can come knowing you will be encouraged and
supported.
-a place where you can come together with girls of all skill levels
to be able to come together and play.
-a place where everyone has equal say and position in the group. I
I dont want you to feel like any girl is more important than another
It doesnt matter that I am the one that started this group. I never
want a girl to think that I make all the decisions. Its a democracy.
-a place where everyone's opinions matter
* When you have a suggestion, It will be taken seriously.*
* I dont want anyone to be unhappy and keep it to themselves.*
*Come talk to me and I will bring it up to the group (your name
anonymous) and we will come up with a solution together.
-a place for girls of all skill levels and ranks.
* I stress this because if a girl feels like she is being judged or if she
feels like everyone is better than her, she will feel terrible.*
* I know that from experience .
I used to be in a girl clan where I felt like that and it made me not
want to play. I hated it, I felt like everyone was better and they used
me for target practice.
* If a girl begins to get discouraged for this reason, I want to make
sure that she knows that everyone cares about her and will give
her the encouragement she needs.
* I am not the best but I am willing to help any girl who wants to get
better in a one on one setting.
I dont want Halo 3 ladies to be:
-a place where skill level is important
- a place where there are no rules. Its supposed to be fun.
*All I ask is that you dont talk trash about other girls and that you
and that you just respect every girl...I cant expect you to like
everyone. People have clashing personalities, but I ask that you
respect them enough to keep it to yourself.
-a place where you feel like people dont care about you
-THIS IS IMPORTANT:
The most common thing that ruins groups like this is DRAMA.
I dont want Drama...sometimes, it is hard to avoid and I wont get mad
at you about it but I ask that you try to work out your problems
maturely.
Basically, as you can telll, I wrote a whole lot.
I feel like this could be a really good group. I am really going to do this.
-I am really going to set up these games weekly and hopefully you
girls will join and come play.
-I am really going to try my best to do everything I mentioned.
hopefully, girls will see what I am trying to do and how much I care
about this and join. I know I just started it but I hope you girls will
help me make this an awesome group
***In the next week or so I hope to make a new gamertag specifically for
this group.
If its available, it will be Halo 3 Ladies (or something similar)
***The Reason I want a tag for the group is to make it easier for seeing
who is online from the group, that way you can only add one tag
to your friends list instead of everyone
(you would just go to the Halo 3 Ladies tag and look at my friends
to see who is online) I
Remember, I havent made this tag yet.
There are so many of us who play Halo! I hope we can come together
and make this an awesome group
