Skate as the name suggests is a game on skating.The best part of this game is its very accomodating control system, mainly the two analog sticks and triggers for your convenience. With a series of challenges and goals the game is quite tricky. The left analog stick controls your skating movements and the right is for moving and flipping your skateboard to do tricks. Holding down on the stick to crouch then snap it up to jump into the air. At first these basic tricks seem simple, but as you progress into the game they become more complicated. To keep going and manoeuvring well your controls will depend on how good your intuition is. Most of the tricks are performed in the same way. Then when some goals require some specific tricks, you attempt the same trick again and again, but it comes out as another trick. This can be frustrating mostly in competitions, where you have to exactly duplicate someone else’s trick to stay in the game. In addition to the career mode, you can play several multiplayer events, get into best trick contests, races, and so on.
