The coolest, rockin'-est kat is about to hit town, and he goes by the name Willy. Join Willy as he heads to New York City in pursuit of Mugsy, a local crime lord who's just kidnapped or is it catnapped? Willy's girl Jill. In order to find Jill, you'll have to wander the streets of New York and face off against Mugsy's gang of thugs in the back alleys, duel some dangerous dudes in the wild west, engage in dogfights with Ace Pilots, and try to survive the perils of an amusement park. If you're able to make it through all this in one piece, you'll take on Mugsy in a showdown. Rescue Jill, and you'll be a local hero fail, and you'll just be a zero.
