This PC game by Atari and Illusion Softworks sends gamers into a world where the US and Russia find themselves in the middle of a war. Full of huge levels, tricky missions, and intense combat, Enemy In Sight has everything a good shooter game should. The game is set in the near future. Instead of the Cold War ending as it did, the tension only escalated, and now the US and Russia are battling it out for supremacy. The game takes place in Europe, including England, Germany, and the Czech Republic. Each level has a very distinct, unique appearance that both fits the location and yet adds just a hint of a futuristic touch. Gamers take on the role of a soldier in the battle, beginning as a basic infantryman and slowly climbing the ranks as they clear each mission. Missions include diverse goals such as defending a target, collecting intelligence, holding an area for a specific amount of time, and defeating enemies. The game also includes a number of different vehicles, like tanks, that gamers will have to use to accomplish specific objectives.
