A special edition more than a true full-fledged sequel, Nocturne Maniacs adds several new enemies, areas, items, and several other goodies in comparison to Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne. All of the added/changed elements of this Japan-only release are also found in the later US release of Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne.
