Most people know that Socks the cat is President Clinton's family pet, but now he's an international celebrity starring in his own videogame. While napping at his favorite spot which happens to be in a bag containing a portable missile launch unit he's kidnapped by spies, who at the same time inadvertently steal the launch unit! Now it's up to you to help Socks get back to the White House and warn his owner that something is amiss. Socks is spotted as he tries to make his escape and the chase is on. You'll have to get past enemy animal agents, politicians, secret service agents, and of course the media in order to get home in time in SOCKS THE CAT ROCKS THE HILL.
