Pop 'n TwinBee

Part of Konami's long-running whimsical top-down shooter series featuring the TwinBee characters (an iconic KCET character set often seen in Konami cross-over games and promo art.) This is similar to the beautifully-rendered arcade sequel of 1991 (released worldwide as Bells and Whistles), but featured different stage design and a more friendly and customizable power-up system. The game is also notable for its soundtrack.
