Random Quote

“I’m not Steve Spurrier. I’m Billy Mitchell. I don’t need to run up the score. I just want to put one in the win column. I want to make it competitive. I didn’t want to make it too tough.”

Indie Games

Indie Games, they are a great source of fun, free, and addictive entertainment. So why don't more people play them? Well I think it's mostly because people don't know about all the great little games that 3rd party producers are putting out there so, in this blog I will post a few links to sites that have a lot of great indie games! Have fun and Enjoy!

A lost veteran

Posted by xtrueshot at Tuesday August 12, 2008 - 11:45 a.m.

I've been playing halo since its release and i have been on countless teams and in countless tournaments but in all of this time I have never gained a solid foot in the Pro Gaming world. I know what you're thinking, he must have an awful br, or he probably just sucks and has no team skills. Well this is far from the truth. On most of my teams we never got serious enough to travel and sometimes we didn't even do online tourneys, but when we did we were a dominate force (with the exception of when we were swept by str8 rippin in the first ever MLG online tourney). My most successful team is called Back To Front. My point is, that no matter who you are it is not easy to become a pro. I know you may not believe me but even becoming a semi-pro is very hard work. By now you're probably saying "Why did he write this blog?" Well the answer is, because I am really bored and well I am frustrated at how many cocky people there are who think they are the next big thing when they probably wont even make it as a semi-pro. Well thanks for reading and if you have any questions email me or leave me a comment on this blog.  This Blog is not meant to be anything good just someone venting! xD
