wotg - Region reclaiming

I been noticing on our server on Hades has some wierd upsets with Windurst activity.  I'm from sandy myself and I could care less what happens to Windy but they're the ones that actually have a region outside of the city claimed.  SO, I found an NPC that asks my opinion on what we should do for battle tatics.  I suggest preemptive attacks and that should influence the NPCs to fight more region battles.  But to convince ppl to leave town when there's a campaign battle elsewhere is hard to do.  Lot of people like the city fights, which I think is nice every now and then, but then again, alot of us are sick of this as we try to set up campaign operations and many having to wait through the campaign to use the NPC to get their Quests for WOTG finished up.

I pulled out my Blu for a while and tried to help influence other regions, and then I'm noticing that our country had no supplies, so I decide to try Stock and Awe IV, which sends me looking for a Agrouis Mushroom (spelling might be off)  I fought Coppercap fungars for like 5 hours off and on and finally got a drop. 

Something has got to be done with the drop rate in the past.  I'm thinking it's not even influenced by the moon phase either.  Meh, anyways, Back to the BLM grind ;_;
