Movement in MLG

After orlando we all know many players left teams and signed on to others it seems that every day the MLG commisioner is announcing someone new is being drafted.Just recently these player transactions took place.

SnipeDown is now on Str8 Rippin

Soviet is now Instinct.

Mackeo is on triggers down.

In one day these big names were being moved around

7-30-08 - Victory X was Released by Instinct
7-30-08 - Naded was Released by Classic
7-30-08 - Walshy was added to Instinct
7-30-08 - KGB Soviet was added to Instinct
7-30-08 - Victory X was added to Classic

What is with all the roster changing?This is what i think.

anyone who has been a leader on a gamebattles, semi or pro team knows that being a team isn't easy.There are arguments,scrimmages having to memorize set-ups and even backstabbing.There isn't a pro team that doesn't like winning.So losing is often a blow to team morale.Low morale leads to doubting your team which leads to doubting the teammates.And thats how people get kicked off teams.Everybody wants to have that dream team....it's called a  "DREAM" team for a reason.If a team loses they need to accept the lose,say good game, and not beat each other up.
